This segment operates the U.S. Oncology Network, one of the nation's largest networks of community-based oncology practices, and includes controlling interests in PRISM Vision and Sarah Cannon Research Institute, along with Ontada, McKesson's oncology technology and insights business.
The Prescription Technology Solutions segment connects patients, pharmacies, providers, pharmacy benefit managers, health plans, and biopharma companies to address medication access and affordability challenges. The Medical-Surgical Solutions segment distributes medical-surgical supplies, laboratory equipment, and pharmaceuticals to non-acute healthcare settings across more than 336,000 customers, offering over 270,000 national brand products and 4,000 proprietary products.
As of March 31, 2026, McKesson employed more than 43,000 employees worldwide, including approximately 38,000 in the United States and 5,000 in Canada. The company's ten largest customers, including group purchasing organizations, accounted for approximately 73 percent of total consolidated revenues, with CVS Health Corporation representing approximately 24 percent of revenues.
