The Insurance Services segment, conducted through OneGroup, offers personal and commercial lines of insurance and risk management products. The Wealth Management Services segment provides wealth management, retirement planning, fiduciary services, trust administration and personal financial planning through the Bank's Nottingham Trust division and affiliated entities.
As of December 31, 2025, the company employed 3,001 total employees, comprising 2,853 full-time and 148 part-time and temporary employees distributed across its operating segments and geographic footprint. The employee base concentrates primarily in New York, Pennsylvania and New England, with approximately 2,136 employees in New York, 312 in Pennsylvania and 323 in Vermont, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
The company completed significant acquisitions during 2025, including seven branch locations in the Lehigh Valley market from Santander Bank, N.A., acquiring $31.9 million in loans and $543.7 million in deposits.
