Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) is a multi-industry company operating through six business segments that leverage a global network of manufacturing and finance operations to serve customers worldwide. The company's website is www.textron.com.

Textron Aviation, the largest segment, is a leader in general aviation, manufacturing and servicing Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft along with Hawker business jets. The segment produces business jets ranging from light to super mid-size categories, turboprop aircraft including the King Air and Caravan families, military trainer aircraft like the T-6, and piston engine aircraft. Textron Aviation operates a global network of more than twenty company-owned service centers supplemented by over three hundred authorized independent service centers worldwide.

Bell is a leading worldwide supplier of military and commercial helicopters and tiltrotor aircraft. The segment serves both U.S. Government customers through major programs including the MV-75 next-generation tiltrotor aircraft and the V-22 and H-1 helicopter programs, as well as commercial customers through a portfolio of light, medium, and super medium helicopters. Bell maintains an installed base of approximately thirteen thousand helicopters supported by eight company-operated service centers and approximately eighty-five independent service centers globally.

Textron Systems develops and manufactures defense and aerospace products including unmanned aircraft systems, advanced marine craft, armored vehicles, electronic systems, and piston aircraft engines under the Lycoming brand. The Industrial segment encompasses Kautex, a manufacturer of plastic fuel systems and advanced driver assistance systems for automobiles, and Textron Specialized Vehicles, which produces golf cars, utility vehicles, and turf maintenance equipment under brands including E-Z-GO, Jacobsen, and Ransomes.

Textron eAviation focuses on sustainable aviation solutions through Pipistrel, which manufactures electric and hybrid aircraft. The Finance segment provides commercial financing primarily for Textron Aviation aircraft and Bell helicopters.

As of January 3, 2026, Textron employed approximately thirty-four thousand employees worldwide, with approximately eighty percent located in the United States. Total revenues for 2025 were $14.8 billion, with approximately twenty-seven percent derived from U.S. Government contracts. The company maintains a backlog of $18.8 billion across its manufacturing segments.
