Newer growth products include Camzyos for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, Zeposia for multiple sclerosis and ulcerative colitis, Sotyktu for psoriasis, Krazati for KRAS-mutated cancers, and Cobenfy for schizophrenia.

Bristol-Myers Squibb maintains significant manufacturing operations in the United States, Puerto Rico, the Netherlands, Ireland and Switzerland. The company's revenue is geographically distributed with the United States representing approximately 69 percent of revenues, international markets 29 percent, and other sources including royalties and alliance revenues comprising 2 percent. Total revenues were approximately $48.2 billion in 2025.

The company operates a broad pipeline with over 45 unique assets in development across multiple therapeutic areas and modalities including small molecules, biologics, antibody-drug conjugates, CAR-T cell therapies and radiopharmaceutical therapeutics. Bristol-Myers Squibb supplements internal research and development with acquisitions, alliances and collaborative agreements, including recent strategic collaborations with BioNTech and Philochem, and the acquisition of Orbital Therapeutics. Products are sold principally to wholesalers, distributors, specialty pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and government agencies worldwide.
