This segment also encompasses communications and cable network services, commercial and industrial wiring, aviation services for utilities, and includes the company's advanced training facility and postsecondary educational institution specializing in utility worker training. The segment generated approximately 70 percent of revenues in 2025.

The Underground and Infrastructure segment provides services for natural gas systems, pipeline integrity and transmission, downstream industrial services including turnaround and maintenance work, civil solutions, and turnkey mechanical and plumbing infrastructure for large load centers. This segment represented approximately 30 percent of revenues in 2025.

As of December 31, 2025, Quanta employed approximately 69,500 people, comprising roughly 13,800 salaried employees and 55,700 hourly employees, with approximately 36 percent covered by collective bargaining agreements. The company operates a fleet of approximately 80,000 owned and leased units including trucks, trailers, specialty construction equipment and aircraft.

Quanta maintains a large and diverse customer base including many leading utility, renewable energy, technology and communications companies. In 2025, the largest customer represented 8 percent of consolidated revenues while the ten largest customers accounted for 30 percent. The company derives approximately 7 percent of revenues from foreign operations, primarily Canada and Australia.
