The Imaging segment encompasses molecular imaging, computed tomography, magnetic resonance, women's health, and X-ray technologies with associated service capabilities and AI-enabled software solutions. The Advanced Visualization Solutions segment focuses on specialized ultrasound and procedural guidance applications across comprehensive care, women's health, cardiovascular and interventional solutions, and surgical innovations. The Patient Care Solutions segment serves multiple patient care needs through monitoring solutions, diagnostic cardiology, maternal infant care, anesthesia, consumables, and digital applications. The Pharmaceutical Diagnostics segment supplies contrast media and radiopharmaceutical imaging agents globally to support radiology and nuclear medicine diagnostics.

GE HealthCare was spun off from General Electric Company on January 3, 2023, establishing itself as an independent publicly traded company. The company employs approximately 11,100 engineers and scientists focused on research and development across hardware, systems, software, and clinical research disciplines. Its comprehensive portfolio addresses the patient care continuum including screening, diagnosis, therapy, and monitoring through integrated hardware, software, and digital technologies.
