The company operates 594 retail stores and 644 concession-based shop-within-shops totaling approximately 4.8 million square feet globally. Additionally, Ralph Lauren sells through approximately 9,500 wholesale doors worldwide, primarily in specialty stores, and operates directly-operated digital commerce sites. International licensing partners operate an additional 135 stores. The company's wholesale business serves approximately 110 third-party digital partners, particularly in Europe.

Ralph Lauren's distribution strategy emphasizes an integrated omni-channel approach combining physical retail, wholesale partnerships, and digital commerce. The company leverages Online to Offline capabilities including digital clienteling, buy online-pick up in store, and same-day delivery options. The licensing business generates royalty revenues through partnerships covering product categories including eyewear, fragrances, home furnishings, and footwear, as well as geographic distribution rights in various territories.

The Lauren family maintains approximately 85 percent voting control of the company's outstanding common stock as of March 28, 2026.
