These properties are predominantly located on or adjacent to health system campuses and university research centers. Through its Lillibridge subsidiary and a 50% ownership interest in PMBRES, Ventas provides property management and advisory services to hospitals, health systems, and academic institutions.

The NNN segment invests in senior housing communities, skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute care facilities, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and other healthcare properties, comprising 213 properties and 24.6% of total net operating income. These properties are leased to operators under triple-net lease arrangements where tenants bear property-related expenses.

As of December 31, 2025, Ventas owned or had investments in 1,409 properties with 542 employees.
