This includes electrophysiology products, mechanical circulatory support technologies, neurovascular care solutions, joint reconstruction and trauma products, surgical instrumentation and robotic technologies, and vision care products marketed under the ACUVUE brand and TECNIS intraocular lenses. In October 2025, the company announced its intention to separate its Orthopaedics business, with targeted completion within 18 to 24 months.

The company operates 63 manufacturing facilities and sources from thousands of suppliers worldwide. Johnson & Johnson was incorporated in New Jersey in 1887 and maintains a global workforce distributed across multiple regions.
