Primary products include Registered Indexed Linked Annuities marketed under the Structured Capital Strategies brand, traditional variable annuities, group variable annuities, and in-plan annuities. The segment generated $22.4 billion in first-year premiums and deposits during 2025, with account values reaching $174.9 billion. Distribution occurs through Equitable Advisors, which represented 38 percent of individual annuity sales, and third-party channels representing 62 percent.
The Asset Management segment operates through AllianceBernstein, in which Equitable holds approximately 68 percent economic interest. AllianceBernstein manages $866.9 billion in assets under management composed of 41 percent equities, 36 percent fixed income, and 23 percent multi-asset solutions and alternatives. The business serves institutional clients, retail investors, and private wealth management clients through three distribution channels, with institutional clients representing 41 percent of AUM, retail 41 percent, and private wealth management 18 percent.
The Wealth Management segment comprises Equitable Advisors, a platform of approximately 4,600 financial advisors operating through over 80 national branch locations. Equitable Advisors offers discretionary and non-discretionary investment advisory accounts, financial planning services, and insurance and annuity products, managing $122.0 billion in advisory assets under administration as of December 31, 2025.
Corporate and Other includes individual life insurance, employee benefits, legacy variable annuity products, and the Closed Block established during Equitable Financial's 1992 demutualization. The company's integrated business model creates flywheel benefits as each franchise works in tandem to convert investment returns into higher sales of retirement products.
