In November 2025, Kimberly-Clark entered into an agreement to acquire Kenvue, Inc., a global consumer health leader, for stock and cash consideration totaling approximately 280 million shares and $6.7 billion. Additionally, the company announced plans to form a joint venture with Suzano S.A. involving substantially all operations of its former International Family Care and Professional segment, with closing expected in mid-2026.
