Omnicom's global networks include Omnicom Advertising, which encompasses creative brands BBDO, TBWA, and McCann; Omnicom Media, which includes OMD, PHD, Hearts & Sciences, UM, and Initiative; the DAS Group of Companies focused on precision marketing; and the Communications Consultancy Network featuring FleishmanHillard, Ketchum, Golin, and Weber Shandwick.

The company operates through an integrated technology platform called Omni, which incorporates data analytics, identity management, and artificial intelligence capabilities including generative AI tools. This platform supports planning, creative advertising, media buying, and analytics workflows across client engagements. Omnicom's client-centric business model organizes services around individual client needs through formal structures including Global Growth Teams and Client Success Leaders, enabling collaboration across multiple agencies and disciplines.

Geographically, Omnicom serves clients across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions. In 2025, international operations represented approximately 47% of revenue. The company's largest client represented 2.4% of revenue, while the 100 largest clients collectively represented approximately 54% of revenue. No single industry sector represents more than 15% of total revenue, reflecting a diversified client base spanning virtually every sector of the global economy.
