The firm operates under the J.P. Morgan and Chase brands and maintains principal banking operations through JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, a national banking association with branches in 48 states and Washington, D.C. Key subsidiaries include J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, a U.S. broker-dealer, and international entities such as J.P. Morgan Securities plc in the United Kingdom and J.P. Morgan SE in Germany.
