UEC operates two regional hub-and-spoke platforms designed to maximize operational efficiency. In South Texas, the company's fully licensed Hobson Processing Facility serves as the central hub, processing uranium-loaded resins from satellite mining operations including the Palangana Mine, which has been in production since November 2010, and the Burke Hollow Project under development. The Hobson facility has processed 578,000 pounds of uranium oxide since inception and maintains licensed capacity to process up to four million pounds of U3O8 annually. In Wyoming, the Irigaray Central Processing Plant anchors operations in the Powder River Basin, serving the Christensen Ranch Mine, which restarted extraction in August 2024, along with the Reno Creek and Ludeman projects. In December 2024, UEC completed the acquisition of the Sweetwater Plant, Red Desert Project, and Green Mountain Project from Rio Tinto, further expanding its Wyoming footprint.

The company's portfolio also includes exploration and development stage assets in Canada, particularly in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin, following the 2022 acquisitions of UEX Corporation and the Roughrider Project. UEC generates revenue exclusively from uranium concentrate sales through the spot market, with no long-term supply agreements currently in place.
