The company operates through five reportable business segments: Options, North American Equities, Europe and Asia Pacific, Futures, and Global FX. The Options segment includes index options, equity options, and exchange-traded product options traded across Cboe Options, C2, BZX, EDGX, and other U.S. exchanges, along with associated market data revenues. North American Equities encompasses U.S. equities and exchange-traded product transaction services on fully electronic exchanges operated by BZX, BYX, EDGX, and EDGA, block trading through BIDS Trading, and Canadian equities services through Cboe Canada. The Europe and Asia Pacific segment includes pan-European derivatives and equities transaction services, exchange-traded product listings, clearing activities through Cboe Clear Europe, and Australian equities services. The Futures segment provides transaction services through CFE, a fully electronic futures exchange offering VIX futures and other products, along with Cboe Digital Exchange and Cboe Clear U.S. operations. Global FX includes institutional foreign exchange trading services and U.S. government securities trading.

Cboe's core proprietary products include SPX options on the S&P 500 Index and VIX options and futures, which represent flagship revenue drivers. The company also operates Cboe Data Vantage, a diversified market data and analytics business providing real-time quotation information, proprietary indices, risk analytics, and connectivity services to market participants globally.

The company serves financial institutions, trading platforms, institutional and individual investors, professional traders, hedge funds, asset managers, and proprietary trading firms. Cboe operates exchanges and trading venues across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, with significant market infrastructure presence in Chicago, London, Amsterdam, Toronto, and Sydney. The company maintains geographically diverse disaster recovery facilities and operates the Cboe Titanium technology platform, a unified, high-performance exchange infrastructure supporting options, futures, and equities markets worldwide with low latency and high reliability characteristics.
