As of December 31, 2025, Globe Life maintained an annualized premium in force of approximately $3.4 billion in life insurance and $1.6 billion in health insurance. The company's life insurance portfolio consists primarily of traditional whole life products representing 71 percent of annualized premiums, with term life comprising 22 percent and other products accounting for the remainder. Health insurance products include both limited-benefit supplemental plans and Medicare Supplement coverage.
