PPL Electric operates as a regulated distribution monopoly and provides electricity supply to retail customers as a Provider of Last Resort under Pennsylvania's Customer Choice Act.
The Rhode Island Regulated segment operates Rhode Island Energy, serving approximately 0.8 million customers across 1,200 square miles, generating $2.2 billion in revenues.
