The business

Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) is an integrated downstream energy company headquartered in Houston, Texas, and operates through five primary business segments: Midstream, Chemicals, Refining, Marketing and Specialties, and Renewable Fuels. The company was created in 2012 when ConocoPhillips separated its downstream operations into an independent, publicly traded entity. More information is available at http://www.phillips66.com.

The Midstream segment provides crude oil and refined petroleum product transportation, terminaling and storage services across approximately 70,000 miles of pipeline systems in the United States. This segment also gathers, processes, transports and markets natural gas and natural gas liquids through a diversified portfolio including 35 natural gas processing plants, 39 refined petroleum product terminals, 15 crude oil terminals, and 10 NGL fractionation facilities. The Chemicals segment consists of a 50% equity investment in Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, which manufactures petrochemicals and plastics globally across 29 manufacturing facilities.

The Refining segment operates 10 refineries across the United States and Europe with a combined net crude throughput capacity of approximately 1,948 thousand barrels daily as of December 31, 2025. The company recently acquired full ownership of WRB Refining LP in October 2025, which operates the Wood River and Borger refineries. The Marketing and Specialties segment purchases and markets refined products primarily in the United States and Europe, with approximately 7,620 branded outlets across 48 states under brands including Phillips 66, Conoco, and 76. This segment also manufactures and markets lubricants and base oils.

The Renewable Fuels segment processes renewable feedstocks into renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel at the Rodeo Complex in California and the Humber Refinery in the United Kingdom, with capacity to process approximately 50,000 barrels daily. Phillips 66 employs approximately 12,600 people and maintains a comprehensive portfolio of assets supporting the complete energy value chain from production through distribution and retail marketing.

Fund ownership counts N-PORT filers only, so it is a floor rather than a census — pensions, insurers and direct holders are not visible here, and the remainder is not “held by individuals”.

Fund ownership is a subset of institutional 13F ownership — the two describe overlapping populations and must not be added together.
