West employs approximately 10,800 people globally, distributed across North America (43 percent), Europe (42 percent), Asia Pacific (12 percent), and South America (3 percent). The company maintains manufacturing facilities across North and South America, Europe, and Asia, with affiliated companies in Japan and Mexico. International operations generated 56.7 percent of consolidated net sales in 2025, reflecting the company's substantial global presence.
