Cencora, Inc. (NYSE: CAH) is one of the largest global pharmaceutical sourcing and distribution services companies, operating through its website at www.cencora.com. The company helps healthcare providers and pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers improve patient access to products and enhance patient care by delivering innovative programs and services designed to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the pharmaceutical supply chain in both human and animal health.

Cencora operates through two reportable segments: U.S. Healthcare Solutions and International Healthcare Solutions. The U.S. Healthcare Solutions segment distributes a comprehensive offering of brand-name, specialty brand-name, and generic pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter healthcare products, home healthcare supplies and equipment, and related services to acute care hospitals and health systems, independent and chain retail pharmacies, mail order pharmacies, medical clinics, long-term care facilities, physician practices, medical and dialysis clinics, and veterinarians. This segment also provides specialty pharmaceutical distribution including plasma and blood products, injectable pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and other specialty products to physicians specializing in oncology and retina care. The International Healthcare Solutions segment focuses on international pharmaceutical wholesale and related service operations and global commercialization services, distributing pharmaceuticals and healthcare products primarily in Europe, serving as a leading global specialty transportation and logistics provider for the biopharmaceutical industry, and providing specialized services including regulatory affairs, market access, pharmacovigilance, and quality management and compliance for the life sciences industry.

As of September 30, 2025, Cencora employed more than 51,000 employees globally, with approximately 47,000 full-time employees and approximately 41 percent based in the United States. The company operates a geographically diverse network of distribution service centers and other operations in the United States and select global markets. Cencora's top ten customers, including governmental agencies and group purchasing organizations, represented approximately 66 percent of revenue in fiscal 2025, with Walgreens and Boots together accounting for approximately 25 percent of revenue and Evernorth Health Services accounting for approximately 13 percent of revenue. The company maintains strong supplier relationships, with the ten largest suppliers accounting for approximately 57 percent of purchases in fiscal 2025.
