Approximately 90 percent of anticipated production from its liquefaction projects is contracted through long-term sale and purchase agreements and integrated production marketing agreements with approximately 15 years of weighted average remaining life as of December 31, 2025. Uncontracted volumes are available for spot sales and short-term agreements through Cheniere Marketing, the company's integrated marketing function.

Cheniere owns a 100 percent general partner interest, a 48.6 percent limited partner interest, and 100 percent of the incentive distribution rights in Cheniere Queue, L.P., a publicly traded limited partnership that owns and operates the Sabine Pass LNG Terminal.
