(NYSE: IFF) operates as a leading global creator and manufacturer of products for application across food, beverage, health and biosciences, and scent markets, along with complementary adjacent products including natural health ingredients. The company maintains its website at www.iff.com.

IFF generated sales of $10.890 billion in 2025 and operates approximately 170 manufacturing facilities, creative centers, and application laboratories across roughly 30 countries. The company employs approximately 21,500 people worldwide, with about 5,500 in the United States. Geographically diverse operations include major manufacturing sites in the United States, The Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Indonesia, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, Slovenia, China, India, Ireland, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Belgium, and Singapore. United States sales represented approximately 28 percent of total sales in 2025, with no other single country exceeding 10 percent of sales.

The company operates through five reportable segments. The Taste segment develops flavor compounds and natural taste solutions for savory products, beverages, sweets, and dairy applications. Food Ingredients provides specialty food ingredients, natural food protection ingredients, soy and pea proteins, emulsifiers, and sweeteners. Health & Biosciences encompasses enzymes, food cultures, probiotics, and specialty ingredients for food and non-food applications, including segments for health, food biosciences, home and personal care, animal nutrition, and grain processing. Scent creates fragrance compounds and ingredients for fine fragrances and consumer fragrances across fabric care, home care, and body care categories. The company completed divestitures of its Pharma Solutions and Nitrocellulose disposal groups in May 2025.

IFF serves approximately 20,000 customers globally, with the 25 largest customers representing approximately 32 percent of sales. The company sources approximately 20,000 different raw materials from a broad network of domestic and international suppliers. Core competitive advantages include deep consumer insights capabilities, vertical integration, innovation through research and development infrastructure, and global manufacturing scale. The company holds 849 granted U.S. patents and 451 pending U.S. patent applications, with approximately 3,000 employees engaged in research and development activities globally.
