Within oral care, Colgate-Palmolive maintains global leadership in toothpaste and manual toothbrush categories, marketing products under brands including Colgate, Darlie, elmex, hello, meridol, Sorriso, and Tom's of Maine. The personal care division leads in liquid hand soap globally and offers products under Palmolive, Protex, Softsoap, Irish Spring, Lady Speed Stick, Sanex, Speed Stick, EltaMD, Filorga, and PCA SKIN. Home care products include Ajax, Axion, Palmolive, Fabuloso, Murphy, and fabric conditioners like Suavitel and Soupline.

The Pet Nutrition segment, operating under the Hill's brand, contributed 23 percent of total net sales in 2025. Hill's markets specialty pet nutrition products for dogs and cats across three primary brands: Hill's Science Diet for everyday nutritional needs, Hill's Prescription Diet for therapeutic support, and Prime100, a fresh pet food brand. Pet Nutrition products are sold in over 80 countries through pet specialty retailers, veterinarians, and eCommerce channels.

Colgate-Palmolive employs approximately 33,600 people across more than 100 countries, with roughly two-thirds of revenues generated outside the United States. The company maintains significant geographic diversity, with approximately 33 percent of employees in Asia Pacific, 31 percent in Latin America, 17 percent in North America, 15 percent in Europe, and 4 percent in Africa and Eurasia. The company's products reach consumers through traditional retail, eCommerce, social commerce, and direct-to-consumer channels. Walmart and its affiliates represented approximately 11 percent of net sales in 2025, making it the company's largest customer.
