The Merchant Solutions segment encompasses three business lines: Small Business, which provides the Clover cloud-based point-of-sale and business management platform to small merchants and independent software vendors; Enterprise, which delivers integrated omnichannel operating systems and payment solutions to large businesses; and Processing, which supplies payment processing products and services to financial institutions and third-party resellers. The Financial Solutions segment comprises three divisions: Digital Payments, offering debit card processing, bill payment, and person-to-person payment services; Issuing, providing credit card processing, prepaid card services, and government payment processing; and Banking, delivering account processing, digital banking, and financial management solutions.

Fiserv maintains a global workforce exceeding 38,000 employees and operates across multiple geographic regions, with the United States and Canada representing 84 percent of revenue and international markets comprising 16 percent.
