The Commercial segment comprises 21% of revenues and includes Health Insurance Marketplace products under the Ambetter Health brand, serving 5.5 million members across 29 states, along with individual and group coverage offerings. The Medicare segment accounts for 19% of revenues and encompasses Medicare Advantage plans, Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans, Medicare Prescription Drug Plans serving 8.1 million members as the nation's largest stand-alone PDP provider, and Medicare Supplement coverage. The Other segment represents 3% of revenues and includes specialty pharmacy operations through AcariaHealth, behavioral health services through Magellan Health, vision and dental services, and clinical healthcare programs.

As of December 31, 2025, Centene served 27.6 million total members and employed approximately 61,100 team members. The company generated total revenues of $194.8 billion for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, with operating cash flow of $5.1 billion. Founded in Wisconsin in 1984, Centene has grown through strategic acquisitions and organic expansion to establish leadership positions across multiple healthcare segments. The company differentiates itself through deep expertise in serving complex, low-income populations, local market knowledge, community partnerships, and integrated care models addressing social determinants of health including food insecurity, housing stability, and transportation access.
