J & J's product portfolio includes iconic brands such as SUPERPRETZEL, DIPPIN' DOTS, LUIGI'S, ICEE, SLUSH PUPPIE, ¡HOLA! churros, and various bakery products under brands including READI-BAKE, COUNTRY HOME, and MARY B'S. Soft pretzels represent 18 percent of revenue, frozen novelties 16 percent, bakery products 27 percent, churros 6 percent, handheld products 7 percent, and frozen beverages 14 percent. The company believes it is the largest manufacturer of soft pretzels in the United States and operates approximately 132,000 company-owned and customer-owned frozen beverage dispensers.
The company maintains manufacturing and distribution facilities across multiple states including New Jersey, California, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Missouri, Florida, Oregon, Illinois, Arizona, and Kentucky. J & J employs approximately 4,600 full and part-time employees plus approximately 600 staffing agency workers, with about 1,400 production and distribution employees covered by collective bargaining agreements. The company serves a diverse customer base, with its top ten customers accounting for 46 percent of sales in fiscal 2025. Foreign operations generated $69.6 million in sales and represented 5.7 percent of total assets.
