TE Connectivity's competitive advantages include its broad product portfolio spanning electrical, optical, and electronic components; extensive patent and trademark portfolio; established relationships with leading manufacturers across industries; and global manufacturing and distribution infrastructure. The company sells primarily through direct sales channels representing approximately 75 percent of total net sales, with the remainder through third-party distributors. In fiscal 2025, the company acquired Richards Manufacturing Co., further expanding its capabilities. No single customer accounted for a significant portion of net sales in recent years, providing diversification across its customer base.
