Additionally, Health Services provides value-based care through Oak Street Health primary care centers operating 246 locations across 27 states, serving approximately 500,000 patients, and Signify Health's in-home health evaluation services, which conducted more than 3.5 million evaluations during the fiscal year. The segment also operates more than 800 MinuteClinic locations providing convenient urgent and primary care services.
The company's integrated model connects insurance, pharmacy, and healthcare delivery to improve member outcomes while reducing overall healthcare costs. CVS Health maintains strategic value-based relationships with over 25 different payors, including each of the top five national Medicare Advantage payors. The company also operates Cordavis, a subsidiary focused on commercializing and co-producing biosimilar products. Federal government contracts, particularly Medicare-related services, represent approximately 20 percent of consolidated revenues, with Medicare Advantage and Part D contracts accounting for approximately 79 percent of federal government revenues.
