(NYSE: CBRE) is the world's largest commercial real estate services and investments firm, operating through a global platform that serves nearly 90 percent of Fortune 100 companies and many of the world's largest institutional real estate investors across more than 100 countries. The company maintains its headquarters and primary operations in the United States and conducts approximately 43.6 percent of its business in foreign currencies, reflecting its substantial international presence.

The company operates through four primary business segments plus a corporate division. Advisory Services provides comprehensive leasing, capital markets solutions including property sales and mortgage origination, loan servicing, and valuation services across diverse asset classes including offices, industrial and logistics, retail, multifamily properties, and critical facilities such as data centers and laboratories. Building Operations & Experience delivers enterprise and local facilities management, property management, digital infrastructure services for data centers, and flexible workplace solutions through the Industrious platform, which operates more than 250 locations across over 80 cities globally. Project Management, conducted through Turner & Townsend, a majority-owned subsidiary, provides program management, project management, and cost consultancy services for real estate, infrastructure, and natural resource projects worldwide. Real Estate Investments encompasses CBRE Investment Management with $155.5 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2025, and Trammell Crow Company, the largest commercial real estate developer in the United States with an in-process portfolio and pipeline exceeding $29.5 billion.

As of December 31, 2025, CBRE employed more than 155,000 people worldwide, with approximately 61 percent of employee costs reimbursed by clients, primarily within the Building Operations & Experience segment. The company maintains market-leading positions across its primary business lines globally and leverages significant investments in research, data analytics, technology platforms, and proprietary tools to deliver integrated solutions. CBRE holds important trademarks including "CBRE," "Turner & Townsend," and "Trammell Crow Company," with the latter held under license. The company's competitive advantages derive from its substantial scale, diversified service offerings across multiple property types and geographies, strong balance sheet enabling strategic acquisitions and investments, and comprehensive knowledge platform supporting client decision-making.
