Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
The iShares Russell 2000 Growth ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of small-capitalization U.S. equities that exhibit growth characteristics.
The fund tracks the Russell 2000 Growth Index, a subset of the Russell 2000 composed of small-cap U.S. equities with higher price-to-book ratios, sales growth, and forecasted growth, using representative sampling to hold a portfolio with similar investment characteristics to the index. Because the fund may not hold all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index. The index applies a capping methodology that limits any single holding to 22.5% of index weight and restricts holdings above 4.5% to 45% in aggregate, and rebalances quarterly.
