Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in a mix of Fidelity U.S. equity, international equity, bond, and short-term funds, with the asset allocation shifting progressively toward a more conservative mix as the target retirement date of 2030 approaches and beyond. The Adviser actively adjusts exposures relative to neutral allocations by up to 10% across major asset classes and may allocate up to 25% in aggregate to alternative debt strategies including high yield, floating rate, real estate debt, and emerging markets debt. Approximately 15 to 20 years after 2030, the fund's allocation will stabilize to match that of the Fidelity Freedom Retirement Fund, at which point it may be combined with that fund. Because the fund pursues active asset allocation decisions that deviate from its neutral allocations, actual returns may diverge from those of the stated glide path.

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.

Derivatives are shown at market value, not notional exposure.
