Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

First Eagle Overseas Fund (Overseas Fund or the Fund) seeks long-term growth of capital by investing primarily in equities issued by non-U.S. corporations.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in equity securities of non-U.S. corporations, emphasizing financial strength, stable management, and a margin of safety to intrinsic value across companies of any size and in both mature and emerging markets. It may allocate up to 20% of assets to debt instruments without regard to credit rating or maturity. The fund obtains some exposure, including precious metals and related futures, through a wholly-owned Cayman Islands subsidiary, into which it may invest up to 25% of total assets. Because security selection depends on the manager's judgment of intrinsic value and discount to that value, fund returns will diverge from any benchmark.
