Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
The iShares Preferred and Income Securities ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. dollar-denominated preferred and hybrid securities.
The fund tracks the ICE Exchange-Listed Preferred & Hybrid Securities Index using representative sampling, holding a portfolio of exchange-listed U.S. dollar-denominated preferred stocks, convertible preferreds, and hybrid securities that collectively mirrors the index's investment profile. Because the fund may not hold all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index. A significant portion of the index is concentrated in the financials sector.
