Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Global X Lithium & Battery Tech ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Global Lithium Index (the "Underlying Index").
The fund tracks the Solactive Global Lithium Index using a replication strategy, holding securities of companies engaged in lithium mining and battery production in approximately the same proportions as the index. Because the fund is non-diversified, it may invest a larger percentage of its assets in a smaller number of issuers than a diversified fund. The fund may use representative sampling when replication would be detrimental or impractical, which could cause its performance to diverge from the index.
