McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) is a global leader in flavor, manufacturing, marketing, and distributing herbs, spices, seasoning mixes, condiments, and other flavorful products to the entire food and beverage industry. The company serves retailers, food manufacturers, and foodservice businesses worldwide through its principal corporate website at www.mccormickcorporation.com.

McCormick operates through two primary business segments: Consumer and Flavor Solutions. The Consumer segment contributed approximately 58 percent of consolidated net sales and 67 percent of consolidated operating income in 2025, while the Flavor Solutions segment contributed approximately 42 percent of consolidated net sales and 33 percent of consolidated operating income. The Consumer segment reaches consumers in approximately 150 countries and territories through leading brands including McCormick, French's, Frank's RedHot, Lawry's, Cholula, Club House, Gourmet Garden, and OLD BAY in the Americas; Ducros, Schwartz, Kamis, and La Drogheria in Europe, Middle East, and Africa; and McCormick, DaQiao, Aeroplane, and Gourmet Garden in Asia-Pacific. The Flavor Solutions segment provides customized flavor solutions, seasoning blends, spices, herbs, condiments, coating systems, and compound flavors to multinational food manufacturers and foodservice customers.

As of November 30, 2025, McCormick employed approximately 14,100 full-time employees worldwide. The company maintains major sales, distribution, and production facilities in North America, Europe, and China, with additional operations in Australia, Central America, Thailand, and South Africa. Approximately 39 percent of sales in fiscal year 2025 came from non-U.S. operations. The company's significant raw materials include dairy products, pepper, garlic, onion, capsicums, salt, tomato products, sugar, and soybean oil, sourced globally and subject to market price fluctuations and availability constraints.

McCormick's competitive advantages include its extensive portfolio of iconic brands with long-standing consumer recognition, global distribution capabilities, and deep customer relationships spanning decades. The company holds leading market positions in spices and seasonings globally and maintains strong positions in condiments and sauces. On January 2, 2026, McCormick completed the acquisition of an additional 25 percent ownership interest in McCormick de Mexico for $750 million, increasing its controlling interest to 75 percent and expanding its strategic platform in Latin America.
