This segment had annualized recurring revenue of $120 million as of September 30, 2025.

Digi sells through a global network of distributors, systems integrators and value-added resellers accounting for approximately 60 percent of consolidated revenue, with the remaining 40 percent sold through direct sales channels. Major distributors include Arrow Electronics, Avnet, Digi-Key, Ingram Micro, Mouser Electronics and Synnex. The company maintains strategic relationships with industry leaders including AT&T, AWS, Google, Qualcomm, T-Mobile, Verizon and Vodafone.

Digi outsources manufacturing to contract manufacturers located primarily in Thailand, Mexico, Taiwan and Cambodia.
