U.S. Information Solutions (USIS) delivers consumer and commercial information solutions, identity management services, fraud protection, mortgage information services and direct-to-consumer credit monitoring products. The International segment offers similar products with regional variations across Latin America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Canada, while also providing debt collection software and services.

Equifax operates in four global regions spanning North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific, with support operations in Chile, Costa Rica, India and Ireland. The company maintains joint venture investments in Brazil, Cambodia, Malaysia and Singapore. International clients generate approximately 23 percent of total revenue. The company's largest single client represents only three percent of total revenue, reflecting a highly diversified client base across mortgage, financial services, employers, government, automotive, commercial, healthcare, telecommunications and retail sectors.

Founded in 1913 with predecessor operations dating to 1899, Equifax has built durable competitive advantages through its proprietary data assets, advanced analytical platforms incorporating machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities, and cloud-native technology infrastructure. The company's key brands include The Work Number employment verification platform, which maintains approximately 209 million active employment records from over four million contributing organizations.
