Celestica offers comprehensive services spanning the entire technology product lifecycle, including hardware design and development, new product introduction, engineering services, supply chain management and logistics, electronics manufacturing and assembly, complex mechanical assembly, precision machining, systems integration, testing, product licensing, and after-market services including IT asset management and disposition. The company maintains a global network of manufacturing sites and design centers strategically located across North America, Asia, and Europe, with approximately 75 percent of revenue produced in Asia.
Founded in 1996 following its separation from IBM, where it operated as a manufacturing unit for over 75 years, Celestica completed its initial public offering in 1998. The company serves industry-leading customers including Amazon, Meta, Google, Ciena, Dell, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, IBM, Applied Materials, LAM Research, and Honeywell. The top ten customers represented 79 percent of total revenue in 2025.
