Concentra's service portfolio encompasses workers' compensation injury care, employer services including physical examinations and drug screening, consumer health services, and specialized offerings through Concentra Telemed, Concentra Pharmacy, and Concentra Medical Compliance Administration. The company treats approximately one in four work-related injuries in the United States, having handled 6.3 million workers' compensation visits and approximately 839,000 initial injury visits during 2025.

Revenue is derived primarily from workers' compensation insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured employers accounting for approximately 61 percent of revenue, with employers and employer services administrators representing approximately 38 percent. The company has demonstrated consistent growth through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, including the March 2025 acquisition of Nova Medical Centers and the June 2025 acquisition of Pivot Onsite Innovations.
