The Engineered Systems segment serves power generation, hydrocarbon processing, water and wastewater treatment, oily water separation, marine and naval vessels, and midstream oil and gas sectors with emissions management, fluid bed cyclones, thermal acoustics, separation and filtration, and dampers and expansion joints. The Industrial Process Solutions segment serves the broader industrial sector with air pollution and contamination control, fluid handling, and process filtration solutions for applications including aluminum beverage can production, automobile production, semiconductor fabrication, steel and aluminum processing, and desalination.

CECO maintains an installed base of operating systems and equipment exceeding ten billion dollars and employs approximately 1,540 people across ten countries. The company operates with a direct sales force in key regions including the United States, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, United Arab Emirates, India, China, Republic of Korea, and Singapore, supplemented by outside sales representatives in additional regions.

The company's competitive strengths include its position as a complete solution provider offering end-to-end services from engineering and project management through aftermarket support, long-standing customer relationships spanning over fifty years, a diversified equipment and solution portfolio, an experienced engineering team of approximately 520 professionals, and a disciplined acquisition program. In February 2026, CECO entered into an agreement to acquire Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. in a cash and stock transaction, subject to customary closing conditions including stockholder and regulatory approvals.
