Industrial Automation provides automation solutions for refining, petrochemicals, life sciences, and warehouse logistics with $9.4 billion in annual revenue. Building Automation delivers products and software for facility management, energy efficiency, and security with $7.4 billion in revenue. Energy and Sustainability Solutions, primarily through its UOP business unit, provides licensed process technology and catalysts to the refining and petrochemicals industries, generating $3.1 billion in revenue.

Honeywell employs approximately 101,000 people across 79 countries, with roughly 36,000 employees in the United States. The company maintains significant international operations, with U.S. exports representing 21 percent of total sales and non-U.S. manufactured products comprising 42 percent of sales. Total 2025 net sales reached $37.4 billion with a backlog of $37.5 billion providing visibility into future revenue.

The company has undergone substantial portfolio transformation, including the October 2025 spin-off of its Advanced Materials business into Solstice Advanced Materials, Inc., the May 2025 divestiture of its personal protective equipment business, and the June 2025 acquisition of Sundyne for $2.2 billion.
