Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Invesco QQQ Trust SM , Series 1 (the Fund or Trust) seeks to track the investment results, before fees and expenses, of the Nasdaq-100 Index (the Underlying Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in all securities of the Nasdaq-100 Index, a modified market-capitalization-weighted index of 100 of the largest non-financial companies listed on Nasdaq, with no single holding exceeding 24% of the index weight. The fund is non-diversified and therefore not required to meet diversification requirements under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Because the fund holds all index constituents in their index weightings, its returns will track the index before fees and expenses.

May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.

This fund changed legal form during the period shown. The history above is continuous — it spans both eras, and the change is not a gap in reporting.

This fund's history spans a legal-form conversion, so its rows are keyed under more than one fund key (see fundKeysServed) and a share class may appear as two entries — its class-less era under the old key and its class id under the new one. They are the same fund; join them visibly when charting, and never treat the seam as a gap in reporting.
