The business

The Kraft Heinz Company (Nasdaq: KHC) operates as a global food and beverage manufacturer with approximately 25 billion dollars in annual net sales. The company maintains its corporate presence at www.kraftheinzcompany.com and serves consumers across 40 countries with a workforce of approximately 35,000 employees, including roughly 16,000 based in the United States. About sixty-two percent of the global workforce is dedicated to product manufacturing.

Kraft Heinz manages its business through four operating segments organized by geography: North America, International Developed Markets (Europe and Pacific Developed Markets), West and East Emerging Markets, and Asia Emerging Markets. The company's portfolio is organized around eight consumer-driven product platforms: Taste Elevation, Easy Ready Meals, Substantial Snacking, Desserts, Hydration, Cheese, Coffee, and Meats. Taste Elevation, which includes condiments, sauces, dressings, and spreads, represents the largest platform at forty-five percent of consolidated net sales, while Easy Ready Meals comprises seventeen percent.

The company's brand portfolio includes iconic trademarks such as Kraft, Heinz, Oscar Mayer, Philadelphia, Lunchables, Velveeta, Ore-Ida, Capri Sun, Maxwell House, Kool-Aid, and Jell-O. Kraft Heinz also owns regional brands including Golden Circle, Plasmon, Wattie's, Master, ABC, Quero, and Pudliszki. The company was formed through the July 2015 merger of Kraft Foods Group with H.J. Heinz Holding Corporation, combining two major food manufacturing legacies into a single global enterprise.

Products are distributed through chain grocery stores, warehouse clubs, convenience stores, mass merchants, foodservice distributors, and e-commerce platforms. Walmart Inc. represents the company's largest customer, accounting for approximately twenty-one percent of net sales. The five largest customers in North America account for roughly forty-six percent of that segment's sales.

The company's competitive positioning relies on brand recognition, product innovation, distribution scale, and the ability to respond to evolving consumer preferences. Kraft Heinz competes across highly competitive marketplaces against both large multinational food companies and numerous regional competitors, as well as private label products offered by retailers.

The 10 largest by fund-held value, of 25.

Fund ownership counts N-PORT filers only, so it is a floor rather than a census — pensions, insurers and direct holders are not visible here, and the remainder is not “held by individuals”.

Fund ownership is a subset of institutional 13F ownership — the two describe overlapping populations and must not be added together.
