CNA offers management and professional liability, surety, warranty and alternative risks, and commercial property and casualty coverages through independent agents, brokers, and managing general underwriters. The company also maintains a run-off long-term care business and manages legacy asbestos and environmental pollution exposures.

Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP, a wholly owned subsidiary, operates in the midstream energy sector and contributed 12.6 percent of consolidated revenue in 2025. Boardwalk Pipelines owns approximately 14,275 miles of natural gas and natural gas liquids pipelines and underground storage caverns with aggregate capacity of approximately 199.5 billion cubic feet of working natural gas and 31.2 million barrels of natural gas liquids. The company provides transportation, storage, and supply services across integrated systems located in the Gulf Coast region, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio.

Loews Hotels Holding Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary, operates a chain of upscale hotels across the United States. The company maintains significant owned and leased real estate investments, including interests in partnerships and joint ventures.

Loews Corporation also owns approximately 53 percent of Altium Packaging LLC, an unconsolidated subsidiary engaged in manufacturing rigid plastic packaging solutions.
