What this fund is
Objective, as filed

The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy, summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of medium-capitalization companies, defined as those within the Russell Midcap Index range at purchase. The manager uses fundamental research to identify undervalued companies with favorable reward-to-risk ratios, typically those out of favor or undergoing corporate reorganization, and sells holdings when they approach price targets, fundamentals deteriorate, or better opportunities emerge.
