For the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, Booking Holdings reported total revenues of $26.9 billion, classified into three categories: merchant revenues derived from transactions where the company facilitates payments at booking; agency revenues from travel transactions where payments are not facilitated; and advertising and other revenues from referrals, advertising placements, and restaurant management services.

Booking.com serves as the world's leading accommodation reservation brand, offering reservations for approximately 4.4 million properties across over 220 countries and territories in more than 40 languages. The platform includes approximately 500,000 hotels, motels, and resorts alongside 3.9 million alternative accommodations. Booking.com also offers flights in over 55 markets, ground transportation, rental cars, and in-destination activities. Priceline operates primarily in North America offering accommodations, flights, rental cars, vacation packages, and cruises. Agoda focuses on the Asia-Pacific region with accommodation, flight, ground transportation, and attraction offerings. KAYAK provides meta-search services across over 60 countries and territories, allowing consumers to compare travel options from multiple platforms. OpenTable operates as a leading restaurant reservation platform, primarily in the United States.

As of December 31, 2025, the company employed approximately 24,300 employees, with roughly 2,900 based in the United States and 21,400 internationally. The company operates across multiple geographic markets and maintains a diverse, globally distributed workforce. Booking Holdings pursues a strategic vision centered on its Connected Trip concept, which aims to provide personalized, seamless travel planning and booking experiences enhanced by generative artificial intelligence capabilities. The company continues to invest in technology modernization, alternative accommodations expansion, payment platform development, and geographic expansion, particularly in Asia and the United States.
