The Financial Services segment, comprising 8 percent of revenues but representing 51 percent of total assets, provides financing and leasing products through PACCAR Financial Services operating in 26 countries under the PACCAR Financial and PacLease trade names.

As of December 31, 2025, PACCAR employed approximately 25,900 people, with roughly 40 percent based in the United States. The company competes in highly competitive markets with four principal competitors in North America and six in Europe. PACCAR maintains significant vertical integration, particularly through its DAF subsidiary, while also maintaining long-term supply agreements with major component suppliers including Cummins, Eaton, ZF, and Magna International.
