Dana Incorporated (NYSE: DAA) is a global leader in power-conveyance and energy-management solutions for on-highway vehicles, with a history dating back to 1904. The company is headquartered in Maumee, Ohio and operates through two primary business segments: Light Vehicle Drive Systems and Commercial Vehicle Drive and Motion Systems. Light Vehicle generates approximately 70 percent of revenue and serves manufacturers of light trucks, sport utility vehicles, crossover utility vehicles, utility vans, and passenger cars. Commercial Vehicle accounts for roughly 30 percent of revenue and serves manufacturers of medium-duty trucks, heavy-duty trucks, buses, and specialty vehicles.

Dana's comprehensive product portfolio spans axles, driveshafts, transmissions, sealing and thermal products, and advanced electrification solutions including motors, inverters, controllers, e-sealing, e-thermal systems, and digital solutions. The company enables propulsion across internal combustion engine, hybrid, and fully electric vehicle platforms, supplying nearly every major on-highway vehicle manufacturer globally. Total consolidated sales reached $7.5 billion in 2025, with approximately 43 percent derived from non-U.S. operations across 24 countries.

The company employs approximately 26,900 people distributed across North America, Europe, South America, and Asia Pacific regions. Dana's largest customers include Ford Motor Company, Stellantis N.V., Toyota Motor Corporation, Volkswagen AG, and PACCAR Inc., with the ten largest customers collectively representing 76 percent of total sales. The company maintains recognized brands including Spicer, Victor Reinz, Long, and Dana TM4 trademarks.

Dana recently executed significant strategic initiatives including a segment realignment that integrated its Power Technologies segment into Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle operations, and the divestiture of its Off-Highway business to Allison Transmission Holdings in January 2026.
