The Engineered Products segment supplies equipment, components, software and services to vehicle aftermarket, aerospace and defense, industrial winch and hoist, precision soldering and fluid dispensing markets. Clean Energy & Fueling provides components, equipment and software solutions for safe storage, transport and dispensing of traditional and clean fuels, cryogenic gases and other hazardous substances, along with convenience retail and vehicle wash solutions. Imaging & Identification supplies precision marking and coding equipment, product traceability and brand protection solutions, and digital textile printing equipment with related consumables and software. Pumps & Process Solutions manufactures specialty pumps, flow meters, fluid transfer connectors, plastics processing equipment and precision components serving biopharmaceutical, thermal management, industrial and energy markets. Climate & Sustainability Technologies provides commercial refrigeration systems, heat exchangers and aluminum can-making equipment.

Dover's business model emphasizes component businesses serving demanding applications where switching costs are high, and equipment with significant aftermarket opportunities in consumables, parts and services. Recurring demand from parts, consumables, services and software represents approximately forty percent of total revenue. The company maintains leading market positions in niche industrial markets characterized by loyal customers, proven growth trends and opportunities for technological differentiation.

The company pursues growth through organic reinvestment in capacity expansion, automation, research and development and digital capabilities, complemented by strategic acquisitions focused on bolt-on businesses with strong market positions and synergy potential.
