ESCO Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ESE) is a global provider of highly engineered components, systems, and diagnostic solutions serving aviation, defense, industrial, and utility markets. The company operates through three primary business segments that collectively generated revenues across diverse end markets with strong government and commercial customer bases.

The Aerospace & Defense segment, representing 44% of continuing operations revenue, designs and manufactures specialty filtration, fluid control systems, naval products, and precision-machined components for aerospace and defense applications. This segment includes PTI Technologies, Crissair, Globe Composite Solutions, Mayday Manufacturing, and ESCO Maritime Solutions, which was acquired in April 2025 and provides magnetic signature management systems and power control solutions for naval vessels. The segment operates nine facilities in the United States, two in the United Kingdom, and one in Mexico.

The Utility Solutions Group segment, accounting for 35% of continuing operations revenue, develops diagnostic testing and data management solutions for electric power grid operators and renewable energy providers. Operating through Doble Engineering Company, Morgan Schaffer, Altanova, and NRG Systems, this segment serves electric utilities and renewable energy companies globally with eight facilities in the United States, one in Canada, and ten outside North America.

The RF Test & Measurement segment comprises 21% of continuing operations revenue and is an industry leader in designing and manufacturing radio frequency test and measurement products, systems, and components. ETS-Lindgren, the primary operating company, serves medical, electronics, wireless communications, automotive, and defense markets with five facilities in the United States and eight internationally.

As of September 30, 2025, ESCO employed 3,425 persons, with 28% located in 16 offices outside the United States. The company maintains a firm order backlog of $1,133.6 million, with approximately 64% expected to be completed within the following fiscal year. International sales represented 34% of continuing operations revenue, while direct and indirect sales to the U.S. Government accounted for 23% of revenues.
